CONTESTED ENVIRONMENT

- Unvetted cellular devices
- Changing RF conditions
- Communications disruptions
- Emerging mission risks
One event rarely tells the whole story. MissionOS connects observations from communications, devices, sensors and mission systems to reveal relationships, changing conditions and risks that disconnected tools can miss.
Purpose-built Observers bring specialized evidence together at the operational edge, helping teams understand what matters, maintain protection and prepare governed responses without dependence on continuous cloud connectivity.

Drone Rupture continuously monitors the cellular environment, generating events associated with network changes, device activity, movement, and operational conditions. An individual event tells only part of the story; its significance becomes clearer when connected with other observations and the mission itself.
MissionOS transforms those events into context-sensitive mission awareness. By correlating Drone Rupture observations across time, location, device behavior, environmental conditions, and mission objectives, MissionOS helps determine not simply what happened, but what those events may mean for the missions they protect.
Consider an unexpected cellular base station near a protected facility. Drone Rupture detects the change and generates the associated observations. MissionOS relates them to historical network conditions, device activity, and protection requirements, helping identify unusual conditions that warrant attention. A new or stronger signal alone does not establish malicious activity.
Now consider multiple cellular-connected devices approaching a protected position. Drone Rupture provides device observations, ranging, and movement intelligence. MissionOS connects that information with geographic context, including terrain and road networks, and recognizes movement occurring outside established roads or conventional travel paths. When considered alongside speed, direction, and other observations, this may suggest airborne activity requiring closer assessment.
As devices approach a mission-defined standoff boundary, MissionOS provides context-sensitive early warning to help protect our clients, their personnel, and their missions before a potential threat reaches the protected area. Specialized EW, ISR, and mission-defined Observers can enrich that awareness with additional evidence.
Drone Rupture generates the events. MissionOS connects the evidence, interprets its mission significance, and provides the awareness needed for timely, informed protection. The system can also relate environmental changes to the readiness of deployed protection systems, helping assess whether they continue supporting mission objectives.
Observe the environment. Connect the evidence. Understand the context. Recommend governed actions. Verify what changed.

MISSIONOSLOCAL REASONINGEDGE INTELLIGENCE
Specialized Observers contribute different perspectives on the mission. These are adaptable categories, not a fixed product checklist: customers define what they need to know, and Blind Tiger can configure, refine or develop capabilities to meet those requirements.
Network conditions, device activity and cellular-domain observations through Drone Rupture.
Low-level telecom intelligence—signaling, bit-level behavior, errors, timing, ranging and technical conditions.
Electromagnetic activity and changes in the RF environment.
Sensor observations, movement and situational context.
Customer-defined evidence sources, objectives and compliance needs.
Conversational understanding, mission configuration previews, evidence review and governed recommendations.
Modern defense and security missions depend on multiple technologies operating together. Blind Tiger addresses the cellular domain—a specialized intelligence and control layer that complements electronic warfare, ISR, counter-UAS, autonomous systems, and command-and-control capabilities.
Drone Rupture provides cellular-domain intelligence and selective control. MissionOS connects that intelligence to mission context and supports its participation in broader system-of-systems architectures.
Through standardized interfaces, including Model Context Protocol (MCP), authorized external AI agents and mission applications can discover and interact with supported capabilities through governed boundaries. Modular integration allows organizations and partners to extend established platforms and larger programs of record without replacing their existing mission systems.
MissionOS is designed to contribute intelligence to the larger mission ecosystem while preserving operational authority, interoperability, and mission-defined control.
Bring Your AI. Connect Your Mission.
MissionOS separates intelligence and recommendations from permission to execute consequential actions. Mission-defined policies, authorization boundaries, previews and auditable workflows support accountable operation. Advanced autonomous recovery depends on configured permissions and validation.
Protection doesn't stop at deployment. Define the conditions you need to understand, the systems you need to coordinate and the outcomes you need to protect.
